National Child Information Center

National Child Information is established with the following objectives:

  1. Collect and maintain the Island wide information on economically, physically and mentally handicapped children.
  2. Provide guidance and financial support to the physically and mentally handicapped children.
  3. Provide guidance and Financial support to the children whose parents are either in prison or divorced.
  4. The Information Center located at the head office is fully equipped with a computerized database management system which provides the required information to channel the necessary funds to the needy children.

The Information centers located at the regional level is linked to the head office and the information will be up dated on regular basis.

Following scholarships programmes are in operation at present with the assistance of the Japanese and German Donors to assist needy children.
