The president of the civil security department seva vanita unit Mrs Kumuduni Peiris and the major general Mangala mendis, Lft.Colonel Mr. sumeda balasooriya and other 3 members from the above department visited and viewed NCEF and its educational activities.They were on a mission to start preschool teacher training program fora team of 200 female village security officers who serve as preschool teachers.
